We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide high standards of service where our professionals can focus on your needs. With regard to appointment cancellation fees, these are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expense and valuable time allocated to patients and patients when they make the appointments. o make an appointment please contact us directly by calling 587.356.3793 to schedule your appointment, patients will be asked for one time $50 deposit which is refundable at the end of your series of treatment or you can deduct on the last day of your series of treatment. $50 will be charged to avoid cancellation within less than 48 hours or fail to show up for your appointment.

We also recommend that you schedule future appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. All booked appointments will be confirmed by the technician via a telephone call reminder one or two days before your appointment.

No–show patients who do not turn up for their treatment appointed time are also charged $50. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.


An initial consultation are free of charge to all new patients.


If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other patients. Otherwise, we can reschedule for another time.


We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. As a courtesy to out patients and staff, it is company policy for all patients to give 48 hours ‘ notice of reschedule or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the $50 will not be refunded.

Special offers and discount may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.


Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard; we do not accept cheques or email money transfer.


Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, sun exposure, disabilities or illnesses. Patients between 15 to 18 years old must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first visit. Patients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.

Refund Policy

In the event, you purchase a treatment or series of treatments and change your mind, a refund is possible within 7 days but not less than 48 hours before your first treatment. In case of cancellation of treatment, following fee will be charged

* $20 Admin fee + 2% merchant cost Reversing a purchase requires handling by several departments. This minimal fee covers the wages of various staff required to do any administrative adjustments as well as fee used by credit card companies.

In the event that a medical problem or unforeseen circumstances prevent completion of a treatments according to plan,
One of the following options are possible.

  • The client may take an extended period of time, not to exceeding 2 years, to complete the treatments.
  • Alternatively, a different treatment of comparable dollar value may be substituted.
  • The balance remaining after the value of the treatments that have been used can be applied to your account and be used towards the purchase of any other treatment, services or products.
  • At the discretion of the clinic treatments (or the value of the treatments) may also be transferred to another person subject to price adjustment and administrative fees.
  • If none of the above are applicable, a cash refund on undelivered treatments sold in packages for reasons such as dissatisfaction or medical, for the original price in cash can be refunded.
